No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Calling all chocolate and Oreo cookie lovers! The famous Oreo cookie – chocolate-y goodness sandwiched together with creamy filling. It’s the perfect filling for desserts and is the inspiration for this epic no-bake Oreo cheesecake. I received many, many requests on my YouTube channel to share my version and this is it!

I tried to add as many cookies as I possibly could into this Oreo cheesecake! I use the cookies for the base, in the filling and as a garnish on top – the ultimate cookie cake creation! You’ll love the velvety and creamy cheesecake filling dotted with crunchy cookie bits. I add a little extra whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top for a simple and fluffy garnish. This cake is perfect for a birthday celebration, or anytime you’re craving for some chocolate-y goodness!

Looking for a gelatin-free version? Try adding one more block of cream cheese to help the whipped cream hold its shape. You can also use agar gelatin, a plant-based gelatin substitute. I have the one I use listed in my blog shop!
